WHAT DO WE BELIEVE IN?

  • Bible

    We believe that the Bible is the Word of God written by men under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the ultimate source of truth for the Christian faith and life. The Bible is true and inerrant.

  • God

    We believe that God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He exists eternally in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
    Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (the Son of God), who became flesh to reveal God to humanity and become the Savior of the world.

    Genesis 1:1, 26; Ephesians 3:14,15; Matthew 1:22-25, 28:19; 1 Peter 1:2; 2 Corinthians 13:14

  • Humanity

    We believe that God created all people in His image and likeness with the desire to have a relationship with Him, but through sinful disobedience, all people became alienated from that relationship. As a result, we are unable to restore a right relationship with God on our own.

    Genesis 1:26-27, 2:16-17; Colossians 1:21; Isaiah 59:1-2

  • Sin and redemption

    We believe that because of our sinful nature, we all fall short of God's perfect standard. God solved this problem by sending His Son, Jesus, to pay the death penalty for the sins of mankind. Those who believe that Jesus paid for their sins receive forgiveness and eternal life as a free gift from God.

  • Church

    We believe that the church is made up of all people who have believed in Jesus. The purpose of the Church is to glorify God by loving Him and doing His work in the world today.
